Why have we included Indoor Skydiving on a site about Zorbing? Because if you like the adrenaline rush of zorbing we're pretty sure you'll love the thrill of surfing air in a giant wind chamber! There will also be extremity, intensity, exhilaration, amazement, thrill of emotions.. and maybe just a tiny teensy bit of fear. But who wants to admit that, right?
Indoor Skydiving is another way of saying you'll be flying in a vertical wind tunnel.
You're guaranteed a minumum 24,000 feet flight where you'll be lifted off by the 150 mph airflow and sent flying inside the Airkix wind tunnel with the force that matches a real life hurricane. Ever wondered what that must feel like? Apparently, if the wind tunnel didn’t have a roof, you’d be blown a mile away!
All you have to do is smile, relax (if you can) and enjoy the ride :)
Indoor Skydiving Locations
So far there's only a couple of locations in the UK where you can do Indoor Skydiving and that's in Milton Keynes and Manchester with a new location in Basingstoke coming in Summer 2013. Make sure the website you choose to book from covers your nearest location.
